Equipment Strengths
• Left or right hand machines available for better space plant profit, mirror type
• All Robert’s machines are stainless steel and USDA approved and depending on product application they can be wash-down executed as well.
• Long time to fill (from 2 to 3 seconds). Filling heads are over the pouch for 3200 mm of travel. Unique feature in Robert’ s machines.
• During filling process, “ travelling funnels “ are inside the pouch and this decreases a lot product spillage. Unique feature in Robert’s machines.
• “ Travelling funnels “ may shake and vibrate, helping the well product settlement into the pouch and the subsequent reduction of the pouch headspace and pouch height size.
• A belt conveyor is installed as a standard to accompany the pouch all the way from the first filling station until it goes out. This conveyor may be vibratory during all filling process so that volume inside the pouch is settled down perfectly.
CONTINUOUS MOTION C-SERIES producing stand up and 3-4 sides seal pouches from roll stock at speeds up to 200 ppm ( in-line zipper up to 180 ppm )
INTERMITTENT MOTION IMFS SERIES for pre-made pouches fed from magazine for speeds up to 60 ppm
INTERMITTENT MOTION HYBRID IM SERIES working either from roll stock or from pre-made pouch magazine handling stand up pouches, 3-4 side sealed and side gusset (bottom flat) with and without zipper. Yes we can, 2 machines in 1!
