SECONDARY EQUIPMENT

• Cumulus conveyor system to separate pouching from the remote knife. It is used to have a buffer of 3-5 minutes in case the downstream packaging line goes down and allows the pouch machine to maintain high efficiency.

 

• Collating knife systems with multiple knife configurations for high-speed collations or direct-drop to cartoner, exact count patterns or perforated multi-strips. Full servo based system. In case of problem on the pouch machine stopping production of pouches, knife can run faster to finish all festoons on the cumulus conveyor system.

 

• Display carton loaders ideal for retail displays, the DCL system loads pouches into single-or multi-facing cartons in single or perforated multipouch formats.

 

• Semi auto-carton filling systems for hand-erected cartons or cases that are placed in transports and automatically filled with collated pouches.

 

• Festooning systems with the ability to de-couple pouch-making from collation. Normally it is used to buffer big quantities of full sachets (15-20 minutes) that have not been cut. Sachets can be festoon in strips or conveyed to other lines to be cut for variety packs. Festooner can support multiple cartoners as well. Servo motion synchronization.
