STRENGTHS OF THE PRIMARY MACHINES

  • Automatic web splicing is done at zero speed with no line stoppages

  • Web position is controlled by optimized servo-motion control software for the registration roll, vertical sealer, tucking roll and filler wheel

  • Consistent pouch forming is assured by digital controls that maintain web edge alignment as it moves across the plow and onto the vertical sealer. Important to notice that a small lip or web overlap is made to assist the later opening of the pouch.

  • Sealers drum touch the web on only one side (sealers are not made by front and rear jaw). Seals get done through heat transmission from one web side to the other.

  • Ideal pouch opening is accomplished by using Cloud’s patented MVP® (this device consists of an air knife, which blows filtered air or nitrogen against the lip of the pouch causing it to “ pop” open to its maximum creating the largest possible volume in the pouch). MVP eliminates the unreliability and maintenance of mechanical tuckers found on other style machines.

  • Continuous product flow

  • Pouches are held on the Filler Wheel with vacuum. As the pouches are opened and the Filler Wheel rotates, product is filled through funnels into the pouches

  • Single top sealer jaw to heat-seal the sachet plus nip roller to complete the seal.

  • State-of-the-art servo drives machines with computer backed HMI for highly accurate feeding and fill weight counts at all speeds.

  • Software motion control for accurate and precise web and product handling

  • UltraservOriginal capable to run minimum at 50% faster speed than any other high speed HFFS machine in the market

  • Performa pouch series born of the ServOriginal to meet mid-range speeds and lower-volume applications.
