CLOUD PACKAGING SOLUTIONS started as a joint venture in 1929 with Curtiss Candy Company when William S. Cloud, Sr. developed a number of machines including the Form-A-Bag machine, now the Hayssen RT, the ServOriginal, now the standard for the high-speed, continuous motion horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) industry, blister thermoforming machines, and continuous motion rotary drum and filter pack machines.

 

Contract Packaging began in 1959 when a machine customer requested Cloud to operate machines that Cloud had built. More than 45 years later, CLOUD PACKAGING SOLUTIONS continues to provide solutions for the top twenty multin

ational food companies in the world. Most recently, CLOUD PACKAGING SOLUTIONS acquired Span Packaging Services, which focuses on the healthcare and personal care markets, as well as other companies.

 

Gorguze Family owning Cameron Holdings Corporation selectively acquired and operated middle market manufacturing companies (32) since 1978. Cloud was one of them in 2000. In 2008 revenues of Cameron Holdings Corporation were of $ 260 million. No outside funds are used, source is the Gorguze family. They look at long-term horizon and understand the dynamics and requirements of acquiring and operating middle market companies. Principals and senior executives have operating backgrounds with middle market companies.

Revenue of CLOUD PACKAGING SOLUTIONS is over US$100 million and is an important part of the Cameron Holdings Corporation portfolio.
